Keystone Bank, a comprehensive commercial bank, is now under the ownership of Sigma Golf River Bank Consortium, having been acquired from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in 2017. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) granted the bank its banking license on August 5, 2011. Keystone Bank has not only met but surpassed all capital adequacy requirements set by the CBN. Additionally, it took over the deposit liabilities, as well as certain other liabilities and assets, of the former Bank PHB Plc after the CBN revoked the operating license of the erstwhile bank.
